First, the roesan they didn't get released sooner is because Motorola got early access to HoneyComb, that no other company got. These tablets were in the pipeline because they were shown off at CES, but they only had Android 2.2 on them (which maybe why they didn't get much buzz) I'm glad to see the final price stuck, and the release date is good for what I wanted. The key thing between the Asus and the Acer is really the screen. The Asus is using the same screen the ipad uses (better viewing angle). The only bad thing with Asus is the front facing camer is 1.2 the Acer has 2.0. Not that big of deal when you get a cheaper price with a better screen. I'll probably go for Asus even if I never buy the keyboard.
